หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the operation and control of facility systems to fully support production with a zero-defect mindset.
• Drive the implementation and execution of facility maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime due to operations or equipment failure.
• Optimize maintenance costs while ensuring quality, compliance with standards, and safety for both production lines and personnel.
• Ensure proper execution of the factory maintenance planning process, with all activities carried out efficiently and on schedule within the assigned area.
• Organize and maintain well-structured technical and engineering documentation and administration for the factory.
• Establish standard maintenance procedures, conduct troubleshooting, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain accurate maintenance history records.
• Analyze and improve utility systems with a focus on cost-effectiveness and operational results.
